Ponoarele

Ponoarele est une commune roumaine du județ de Mehedinți, dans la région historique de l'Olténie et dans la région de développement du Sud-Ouest.

Géographie

La commune de Ponoarele est située dans le nord-est du județ, dans les collines Mehedinți, à 8 Baia de Aramă et à 70 Drobeta Turnu-Severin, la préfecture du județ.

Elle est composée des quinze villages suivants (population en 2002) :

  • Bârâiacu (314).

  • Buicani (110).
  • Ceptureni (172).
  • Cracu Muntelui (262).
  • Delureni (94).
  • Gărdăneasa (355).

Histoire

La commune a fait partie du royaume de Roumanie dès sa création en 1878.
