IAM (prononcé en anglais : I am, [aɪ æm]) est un groupe de hip-hop français
Actif sans discontinuité depuis sa formation en 1988, le groupe a publié à ce jour plus d'une dizaine d'albums studios, les derniers en date étant Rimes essentielles (2021) et HHHistory (2023)
Les membres du groupe publient également de nombreux projets solos
Leur album L'École du micro d'argent (1997), immense succès commercial, est souvent cité comme l'un des meilleurs de l'histoire du rap français,
IAM a également contribué à la popularisation de la musique rap en France dans les années 1990 avec le morceau Je danse le mia. Les membre du groupe sont Akhenaton, Shurik'n, Kheops, Imhotep, Kephren, et anciennement Freeman.
