San Vito dei Normanni se trouve dans le Salento à l'extrémité méridionale de la région des Pouilles près de la mer Adriatique. Les communes limitrophes sont Brindisi, Carovigno, Francavilla Fontana, Latiano, Mesagne, Ostuni et San Michele Salentino.
