Montgomery, Montgommery ou Montgomerie est un nom propre français et anglais qui peut faire référence à :

Toponymie

À l'origine, c'est un toponyme normand de l'actuel Calvados, divisé de nos jours en deux communes : Sainte-Foy et Saint-Germain-de-Montgommery et qui signifie « le mont de Gommery ou Gomery », nom de personne germanique encore attesté comme nom de famille. Il est basé sur les éléments guma « homme » et rik « puissance ». Il peut cependant s'agir d'un toponyme primitif *Gomariacum, auquel c'est ajouté Mont- postérieurement, basé sur le nom de personne germanique Gomoharius / Gomarius + . Le nom est passé en Grande-Bretagne au moment de la conquête normande avec la puissante famille de Montgommery.
