Il est employé au centre commercial de Zanesville. Après que le téléphone public se soit détaché du mur suite à l'appel téléphonique de Jack avec Morgan Sloat, un serveur appelle Mr. Olafson pour qu'il vienne jeter un œil à cet étrange incident.
