Sa propagande contre l’Affiliation et les pistoleros va faire grandir le nombre de ses troupes.
Il "ressucite" les machines de guerre des Grands Anciens et accueille dans ses rangs les pistoleros râtés et exilés de Gilead et des Baronnies Intérieures.
