La ville de Tropic est située dans le comté de Garfield, dans l’Utah, aux États-Unis
Sa population s’élevait à 530 habitants lors du recensement de 2010, estimée à 519 habitants en 2017. Les premiers occupants ont appelé l’endroit ainsi car le climat y était plus doux qu’à Panguitch, le siège du comté, d’où ils venaient.
