Middle Island

Middle Island est une petite île inhabitée de l'océan Atlantique Sud, qui fait partie des îles Nightingale. Il est gouverné dans le cadre de Tristan da Cunha, un archipel qui fait partie du territoire britannique d'outre-mer de Sainte-Hélène, Ascension et Tristan da Cunha. L'île fait partie du groupe Important Bird Area (IBA) des îles Nightingale, identifié comme tel par BirdLife International comme un site de reproduction pour les oiseaux marins et les oiseaux terrestres endémiques. Elle est également connue sous le nom d'île d'Alex.

Middle Island couvre une superficie de 0.2  km² mais ne comporte aucun habitant permanent
