Saint-Étienne-du-Grès [sɛ̃t‿etjɛn dy ɡʁɛs] est une commune française, située dans le département des Bouches-du-Rhône en région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur
Principale agglomération rurale du territoire de Tarascon depuis 1820, elle devient commune à part entière en 1935. Ses habitants sont appelés en provençal les Gresouillès et en français les Gresouillais et les Grésouillaises. Par le décret du 30 janvier 2007, son territoire est classé au sein du Parc naturel régional des Alpilles.
