Neufchâtel-Hardelot est une commune française située dans le département du Pas-de-Calais en région Hauts-de-France

La commune est membre de la communauté d'agglomération du Boulonnais. Le territoire communal est divisé en deux espaces éloignés géographiquement et très différents sur le plan socio-économique : le village de Neufchâtel et la station balnéaire d'Hardelot-Plage
Jusqu'en 1954, la commune porte le nom de Neufchâtel, Hardelot n'étant qu'une station balnéaire rattachée à la commune. En 2021, une demande de scission entre Neufchâtel et Hardelot est déposée en préfecture, afin de pouvoir engager le processus qui débutera par une enquête publique. Le territoire de la commune est situé dans le parc naturel régional des Caps et Marais d'Opale.
