Kaiping (chinois simplifié : 开平市 ; chinois traditionnel : 開平市 ; pinyin : kāipíng shì) est une ville de la province chinoise du Guangdong
C'est une ville-district placée sous la juridiction de la ville-préfecture de Jiangmen
On y parle le dialecte de Kaiping du groupe de Siyi du Cantonais (ou Yue).
Histoire
Kaiping située dans la région de Jiangmen (agglomération de Guangzhou, province du Guangdong). Pendant le règne de la dynastie des Song du Nord, le village de Shagang Guzhou était le chef-lieu du comté de Xin'an. Dans le village de Guzhou, les briques de la porte du comté de Xin'an ont été déterrées. Celles-ci font partie des reliques culturelles du comté de Kaiping.
