Charles d'Youville Dufrost (18 juillet 1729 - 17 mars 1790) est un prêtre canadien qui a joué un rôle significatif dans l'histoire de la seigneurie de Lauzon (territoire administratif avant la naissance de la ville de Lévis). Marie-Marguerite Dufrost de Lajemmerais (15 octobre 1701 - 23 décembre 1771), connue sous le nom de Marguerite d'Youville, est une religieuse canadienne
Elle fonda les sœurs de la charité et fut canonisée en 1990.
