Theobroma (gr: θεόβρώμα; « nourriture des dieux » ) est un genre de plantes à fleurs de la famille des Malvacées

Il comprend 22 espèces de petits arbres originaires des forêts tropicales d'Amérique centrale et d'Amérique du Sud.
