Rouvreux (en wallon Rovreu) est une section de la commune belge de Sprimont située en Région wallonne dans la province de Liège

C'était une commune à part entière avant la fusion des communes de 1977.

Histoire

La commune fut créée le par la fusion de parties de territoires des communes d'Aywaille et de Sprimont et qui prit le nom d'un hameau en son centre.
