Baerle-Duc (prononcé [baʁl dyk] ; en néerlandais : Baarle-Hertog) est une commune néerlandophone de Belgique située en Région flamande dans la province d’Anvers et située partiellement dans la province néerlandaise du Brabant-Septentrional

Elle se caractérise par le fait unique qu’une partie de son territoire est enclavé en territoire néerlandais, enchevêtré en parcelles discontinues dans la commune néerlandaise de Baerle-Nassau (en néerlandais : Baarle-Nassau)

Baerle-Duc et la commune néerlandaise de Baerle-Nassau forment le village de Baerle (en néerlandais : Baarle)

Baerle-Duc appartient également au canton judiciaire d'Arendonk (nl) et au canton électoral de Hoogstraten (nl).
