La fédération de Bosnie-et-Herzégovine (ou plus rarement fédération de Bosnie-Herzégovine) est une des trois entités qui composent la Bosnie-Herzégovine avec la république serbe de Bosnie et le district de Brčko. La fédération de Bosnie-et-Herzégovine est encore appelée parfois comme à son origine « Fédération croato-musulmane » ou « Fédération croato-bosniaque » car étant principalement peuplée de Croates de Bosnie et de Bosniaques, nom impossible à maintenir après les accords de Dayton après que le canton 10, majoritairement croate avec une minorité serbe, fut incorporé dans l’entité.
