Lèzeau - Bywater
Belleau dans la traduction de Daniel Lauzon, Lèzeau (traduction de Francis Ledoux, Bywater en anglais) est un village au sud est de Hobbiteville et proche de la Pierre des Trois Quartiers.
Lèzeau : descriptif
L'Eau passe au nord du village où elle forme un plan d'eau, l'étang de Belleau. Le village est réputé pour son auberge, le Dragon Vert. Au retour de Frodo Bessac, la ville est le théâtre de la plus grande bataille du Comté, la bataille de Belleau, le du Troisième Âge. C'est dans cette bataille que la Guerre de l'Anneau prit fin, car elle a vu la défaite et la mort du rebelle Saroumane aux mains de Gríma Langue-de-Serpent (qui fut, à son tour, abattu par trois archers Hobbit sans nom).
