Suscolline - Overhill
Suscolline est un petit village au nord de Hobbitebourg et de la Colline, marquant la fin de la courte route qui passait par Cul-de-Sac et Bagshot Row.
Suscolline : descriptif
Dans la première version de la carte d'« Une Partie du Comté », le nom Boffine est inscrit au nord d'Hobbiton et dans certains manuscrits, cette famille est associée à un village nommé Northope qui se trouvait « à seulement un mile ou deux derrière La Colline». Tolkien renomma ensuite Northope en Overhill.
Bien que la famille Boffin soit généralement associée à la région de Yale à l'est de la Comté, nous connaissons au moins un Boffin qui vivait à Overhill : un Hobbit apparemment aisé qui employait le cousin de Sam, Halfast.
Halfast fut l'un des hobbits à voir près des frontières du Comté un être qui pourrait être un Ent.
