Ritzy est une ville minière laissée pour compte située à six-cents kilomètres environ à l'ouest de Mejis. C'est une zone minière située au bord d'une route, sur le versant est des Monts Vi Castis, à quatre-vingts kilomètres de Vi Castis.

Il existait autrefois des mines indépendantes dans les contreforts, mais elles ont été accaparées par la compagnie Vi Castis.
