A factory for creatingSOAPConnectionobjects. Implementation of this class is optional. IfSOAPConnectionFactory.newInstance()throws an UnsupportedOperationException then the implementation does not support the SAAJ communication infrastructure. OtherwiseSOAPConnectionobjects can be created by callingcreateConnection()on the newly createdSOAPConnectionFactoryobject.
