public interface RowSetMetaData extends ResultSetMetaData
An object that contains information about the columns in aRowSet
object. This interface is an extension of theResultSetMetaData
interface with methods for setting the values in aRowSetMetaData
object. When aRowSetReader
object reads data into aRowSet
object, it creates aRowSetMetaData
object and initializes it using the methods in theRowSetMetaData
interface. Then the reader passes theRowSetMetaData
object to the rowset.The methods in this interface are invoked internally when an application calls the method
RowSet.execute
