Organisme aux États-Unis chargé de l’établissement des normes en matière de télévision et de vidéo en couleur. Norme de télévision en couleur élaborée par la National Television System Committee aux États-Unis, mais implantée en Australie, au Canada, aux États-Unis et au Japon, qui comporte 525 lignes et diffuse 30 images par seconde.
