Full-Duplex
Fr : Bidirectionnel simultané.

Mode de transmission d’une ligne ou d’un équipement où les informations transitent en même temps dans les deux sens.

Transmission bidirectionnelle simultanée. Ce type de transmission nécessite deux chemins de données.
NB : la suppression d'écho permet de travailler avec un seul chemin de données (constitué de deux fils).
Exemple : le téléphone.
