Définition de «betail de bon aloi»

betail de bon aloi: On dit d’un bétail qu’il est de bon aloi lorsqu’il nait sans mutation. L’Entre-Deux-Monde est touché par les mutations des organismes vivants et le bétail ayant subi ces mutations devient alors non-commestible. Mais après plusieurs générations, le sang des bêtes se purifie et donne naissance à du "bétail de bon aloi".
