Mythica 4 suit notre équipe d'héros qui détourne une charrette fonctionnant à la vapeur, alors que Marek est parvenue à voler la pièce finale du Darkspore, artefact mythique donnant de grands pouvoirs à son utilisateur, et qu'elle tente désespérément d'amener l'objet en lieu sur tout en étant poursuivie par des mercenaires, des démons, et par le sinistre Szorlok qui tente par tous les moyens de compléter l'artefact, afin de d'envahir le monde avec son armée de morts-vivants.
