Après la tourmente
Album n°6 dans la série Confessions
In 1860, the Mississippi was a river of romance for Cal and Melanie. But Melanie's father insisted that Cal was not fit for his daughter and tried to arrange a marriage between Melanie and Lancy Saint John, since the Saint Johns were the biggest landowners around. However, as war breaks out and turns against the South, pride means nothing before the death and destruction that follows.
