Bruno Brazil est à Bangkok, en Thaïlande, à la recherche d'une arme datant de la deuxième guerre mondiale, une fusée baptisée "Superkamikaze", ou encore "l'Arme du désespoir". Ce missile, capable encore aujourd'hui d'anéantir le monde, est entre les mains d'un dangereux psychopathe, le Major Iko Mitsushido. Ce dernier essaie de négocier son arme auprès de groupes qui ne partagent pas tous le même intérêt, certains la veulent pour s'en servir, d'autres veulent surtout la détruire. Accompagnés de Gina Loudéac, une jolie touriste française et de Maï, un jeune guide local, Bruno Brazil a fort à faire. Ses Caïmans, qui ne sortiront pas tous indemnes de cette aventure...
