Cathy had been Alice's best friend growing up. Even though she moved away years later and they rarely saw each other, Cathy always seemed to know what was bothering her. When Cathy invites her to spend some time with her at her house in Mexico, Alice confesses that she thinks she is incapable of love. Cathy arranges a party, but none of the boys stir anything inside her. Unable to sleep, she takes a walk to the beach where she hears a man playing a guitar and she finds the magic she had always been looking for.
