When it is discovered that a typist with a photographic memory has accidentally seen a document labeled "Top Secret", the Board of Directors hold an emergency meeting to discuss the situation. Concerned about possible industrial espionage, they agree to let Annie accompany her boss to his family villa for a month to ensure competitors don't have an opportunity to get the new specifications from her. While there, she starts to fall for her boss, but her ex-fiancé arrives and causes complications.
