John Difool continue son enquête sur les enfants cachés des homéoputes.
Têtu, il est décidé à aller jusqu'au bout, d'autant plus que Louz, son prétendu bel amour, lui tend un piège immonde.
S'appuyant sur une équipe bien particulière (un robot, un faux-oiseau, des yeux volants) il va à son tour faire preuve d'esprit stratégique.
S'introduire, observer, filmer, et retransmettre au monde le résultat de ses recherches.
Mais, avec le Prez, le Technopape, et toute la hiérarchie de la cité contre soi, est-ce bien raisonnable ?
