Valerie's clothes, makeup and hairstyle are all chosen to please Denis. Valerie and Denis seem to be in love, but Valerie is shocked when Denis tells her that he can't see her anymore now that he has met Lucie. After several months of dating other boys while always thinking about Denis, Valerie finally meets a boy she likes. But when Valerie hears that Denis and Lucie have broken up, she feels compelled to once again dress in the way Denis prefers and drives to his place to see him again.
