[NT - 2K - Xp] Instabilité de l'explorateur


Afin d’éviter de déstabiliser l’ensemble du système lors de problèmes avec l’explorateur Windows, il est possible de spécifier que l’ouverture de ce dernier doit de faire dans un nouveau processus.



HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

Créez la valeur DWORD DesktopProcess et affectez lui la valeur 1.
0 est la valeur par défaut (les processus ne sont pas séparés).



Attention : l’ouverture d’une application dans un nouveau processus nécessite plus de ressources.
Cette manipulation est donc à éviter sur les machines qui disposent de peu de RAM.
