Pour afficher un message à chaque ouverture de session, cherchez dans la base de registre la clé suivante:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Ensuite il vous suffit de remplir les données des valeurs "LegalNoticeCaption" et "LegalNoticeText ".
LegalNoticeCaption: titre de la fenêtre.
LegalNoticeText: message dans la fenêtre.
